Transforming Medical Education
At the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine, our commitment to patient-centered medicine is rooted in the art of our namesake, Frank H. Netter, MD. His renowned anatomical illustrations and paintings were crafted with a striking level of empathy and humanity and have inspired generations of healthcare professionals.
Since our founding, transforming medical education has served as the core of our mission. In service of this mission, we offer an engaging, collaborative, and inclusive medical education program that prepares students to thrive in their professional roles throughout their careers. More recently, our educational footprint has expanded to include residency programs in general surgery, anesthesia, internal medicine, diagnostic radiology, rural family medicine and rural psychiatry.
The School of Medicine Academic Excellence Fund provides support to expand our educational footprint, cultivate academic scholarships, and our deep commitment to caring for our internal and external communities.
Matching Student Support
Through the generous support of QU alums Bill and Barabara Weldon, we have the opportunity to unlock up to $5 million in matching funds for scholarship support.
